Are the buyers coming back???

Is it just me, or does there seem to be some movement in the market?  In my area (Broward County) there are more sales happening, but the sellers have had to reduce their prices significantly in order to secure a buyer. 

I know in South Florida we have been in a buyer's market - the buyers have just been on vacation....maybe they are finally coming home?!?!

What are you seeing?

I have been very busy this weekend. It's almost like the flood gates were opened. People I haven't heard from in months called out of the blue. I thought maybe it was the long weekend. Hmmm..

I ahve been lucky (knock on wood) that I have been busy all summer, I do see that some of my Realtor partners are starting to pick up again. Schools in session,vacations are over.

It's equilibration.  Prices are coming down, rates are coming down, and buyers are coming up.  But don't count on this being a quick fix.
