Southlake experienced a 4% increase in price per square foot for homes sold in September 2010 compared to September 2009, according to NTREIS home sales information. Southlake home values went up 1% and average days on the market (time to sell) only increased 1% over September 2009.

The cheapest Southlake home sold in September 2010 was a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home on 1.44 acres located near Lake Grapevine that sold for $156.63 per square foot. The most expensive home sold in Southlake during September was a 7300 square foot home in Westwyck Hills, listed for $1,899,900 and sold for an undisclosed sales price.
