Whittier Homes and Condos for Sale!
Weekly Whittier Homes and Real Estate Market Report.
Following last week's trend, we are seeing another very slight decrease in active Whittier Home and Condo listings. The total amount of Whittier Home and Condo listings is currently at 466, down 3 from last week's 469*. The number of active Whittier Condos went up 2, from 55 to 57. Active Whittier Homes dropped from 414 to 409. There were no dramatic changes within the price ranges with regards to active Whittier Homes, however, while the active Whittier Home listings dropped in the $200,000 to $300,000 price range, they increased in the $300,000 to $400,000 range.

Looking at active Whittier Homes and Condos combined, Standard Listings are holding fairly steady, this week at 48% (down 1% from last week). 41% of all active Whittier Residential Listings are Short Sales, 11% are Bank Owned Properties.
In addition to the Active Whittier Homes and Condo Listings, there are 110 Whittier Homes and 13 Whittier Condos in Back-up Offer Status. 169 Whittier Homes and 23 Whittier Condos are Pending Sale.
Almost three weeks into the month of October, there have been 47 closed Escrows so far:
- 46 Whittier Homes
- 1 Whittier Condo
Of the 46 Whittier Homes, 11 were Short Sale properties, 13 were Bank Owned Properties. The one Condo sale was a Standard Sale.
