I live in Eagle...just moved there last year (ugh! at the peak of the market) from the "bench" area.  Eagle maintains its small town feel but is a good location from which to reach Boise and all the activities you mentioned.  And it has that yuppie reputation, which I'm hoping will help property values.  Nice to see you highlight Eagle.
