Grants Pass Oregon real estate is still slowing down some which gives more choices to buyers.According to the Multiple Listing stats available to real estate agents, in August there were 68 homes sold. 153 homes came on the market to join the 695 homes already on the market. 24 homes went into escrow and 11 home owners became discouraged and gave up for the time being.
Medford Oregon real estate shows in August there were 81 homes sold. 161 homes came on the market to join the 725 already on the market.60 homes went into escrow and 157 home owners became discouraged and gave up for the time being.
Ashland Oregon real estate even tho it is higher priced than surrounding areas still had 17 homes sell. 48 homes came on the market to join the 289 homes currently on the market. 23 homes went into escrow and 49 home owners came off the market.
