Grand Bay Al. Christmas Parade and Country Fair 2010
For the past 12 years Grand Bay Al (CBGB ) Citizen's for a Better Grand Bay, has hosted the annual Christmas Parade. This year a country Fair has been added to the agenda, there will be carnival rides, food, live entertainment, and arts and crafts vendors.
The Grand Bay Christmas Parade is always held on the first Saturday of December. The Christmas parade will roll this year on Saturday Dec. 4th at 7:00 pm. The Country Christmas Fair will be held on Hwy 188 beside the Grand Bay water works, and across the street from the REMAX office.
The 1st Grand Bay Country Christmas Fair will start on Friday, December 3rd at 5:00pm until. Saturday Dec. 4Th the Fair will open at Noon and run until. The Christams parade will roll at 7:00pm. Sunday the last day of the event will open at 1:00pm and will close at 6:00pm.
The (CBGB) will be selling Funnel cakes and turkey legs daily. Ms Alabama will make an appearance at this years Christmas parade and fair, Mobile County Sheriff department will have a booth set up to preform identity protection for our children. There will also be a Country Christmas beauty pageant held at 7:00pm Friday Evening.
There is still available space for arts and craft vendors, live entertainment, and business sponser's. If you are interested in helping or participating in this event contact a chairperson.
The event is free and parking is free, parking available at Saint Johns Catholic Church. Fair tickets for rides can be purchased in advanced at Century Bank in Grand Bay Al.
