Randy,

 

I have a client who is a developer, and has developed many shopping centers while putting in the best shops in the market. (Home Depot, Game Stop, Wall Mart, Ross etc....)

 

He recently developed a shopping center that sits across the street from another developed land ready to go. (sidewalks, fire, traffic lights are all set up)

He has the brands to put in as well, but would like to go in on a joint venture. In short, we have something that is ready to be built, but looking for someone to share in the exercise and the profit.
