Alan May Has My Muse, Tish Lloyd Has My Hat and Me, Well I got......Nuttin'
Alan May Has My Muse, Tish Lloyd Has My Hat and Me, Well I got......Nuttin'. Nuttin to say that is. I've hit rock bottom. I joined the ranks of the uninspired led by none other than Alan May himself when he posted Where's My Muse on Sunday. He passed the "uninspired" torch to me right when I was on a roll.
Now what? I got nuttin'. Nuttin' to say that is.
A month or so a go, Tish Lloyd got a hold of my thinking cap that I got from my dear friend Ssssssynthia. But that's okay because Tish is a friend too and I know she'll take good care f the hat.
But for now, I'll be quite content to visit and comment on the posts of all of my friends including but not limited those mentioned above. I've been known to be a creature of habit so right after I wake the birds up in the morning, my day usually start with my 5 am'ers and a handful of other early risers: BLiz Spear, Debbie, Barbara T, Loreena, Wallace, Dorrie and the one who we suspect never sleeps: I could go on and on, but you get the idea. I've got at least 188 friends to keep me busy until I get somethin' to talk about.
It's a real task trying to create thoughtful content AND talk to 188 + people in one day. Given that fact, I welcome the chance to catch up with Jane G, Gerry, Paula, Donne, Corrine, Jane P and quite a few others who welcomed me with open arms and as I entered the realm of Newbiedom (new word for the OED) in December of 2009. I've been been feeling pretty bad about neglecting them lately as I try to navigate the subscription list). The list is so much bigger than this, but these come immediately to mind.
Until then, I guess I'll start gettting familiar with that new AR listing feature. So don't forget to look for me in a comment near you.
SPECIAL NOTE TO CARLA MUSS-JACOBS AND JANE GRANT: And to think that you thought we weren't going to be friends. So much for first impressions.
