Great video Jessica! Do you often do video's on the side of the road in your car? Great idea and I just might take this approach next time I take a listing.

Hello Jessica:

I actually agree with you that knowing the defects ahead of time and disclosing them is the best idea.  That way an offer will be based on the full knowledge of any defects and reduces or eliminates negotiations after inspection.

My only anxiety is that you were making your video while driving the car. Please don't do that.
