The Town of Ramapo 5K Turkey Trot - Nov 7, 2010
The Town of Ramapo is once again sponsoring their annual 5K Turkey Trot. This will be the 9th annual event.
This year's run is in honor and remembrance of Vincent Crotty and Christopher Konkowski - two Suffern High School students that were tragically killed in an automobile accident last year. All proceeds will benefit the foundation and scholarship funds in their honor.
All are welcome to join (adults and teens) but, if running is not your thing, then a donation to the scholarship fund in honor of Christoper Konkowski or to the Vincent Crotty Memorial Foundation is always welcome.

Registration begins 8:15 AM; trot begins at 9:30 AM
The cost is $10 to pre-register; $15 day of the event
Registration forms are available at the Clark Recreation Center, 59 Campbell Ave. in Suffern, NY or can be downloaded at the Town of Ramapo Parks site.
So gather your family and get those sneakers on. There'll be a bounce castle, raffles, and awards for each age bracket. You're sure to have a funfilled day.
In the event of rain, the 5K Turkey Trot will take place on November 14, 2009

Medals for top 3 m/f overall and top 3 m/f finishers in : 10 & Under, 11-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-74, and 75 & up. · Race/time information on www.ramapo.org within 48hrs of race.
