PLEASE VISIT YOUR LOCAL SPCA SHELTER TODAY.....
I wasn't planning on doing anything but dropping off some canned cat food yesterday at my local SPCA
I'm such a sucker for all these precious animals who have been abandoned , left behind and forgotten. How sad it is. I wish I could bring them all home and smother then with attention and love. While waiting to give the bag of canned cat food I brought, I casually looked around at the many beautiful, and in some cases sad and lonely faces that were looking at me from inside their cage.
I have a cat at home, she is 8 years old so I wasn't looking to get another, I was just dropping of the needed cat food. As I walked around there was one cat that caught my attention and my heart, although I tried to remain indifferent, it didn't work! Well an hour later, you guessed it, I walked out with:
Ms. Scarlet
Calico/Extra-Toes Cat (Hemingway Poly-dactyl) mix
Size: Medium
Age: Young
Sex: Female
Ms. Scarlet should have been named after Cindy Crawford the model because she has a big black beauty mark on her cheek. She even has trim figure like a model and is also poly-dactyl (extra toes). She is a lovely one or two year old calico short hair cat with beautiful markings. She was a stray and rescued by our shelter. Ms. Scarlet is in excellent condition and tested negative for FIV and FeLV. What an enjoyable addition she would make to your home.
Ms. Scarlet is up to date with routine shots, house trained and neutered.
Miss Scarlet is home and into everything. She is much more brazen and playful than "Lilly" our first cat ,she is is such a well mannered "old soul." Miss Scarlet is a clown and entertaining and affectionate. We LOVE her soooo much. I'm glad I was willing to open my heart up just enough to accept another kitty. Now my heart is swollen with love of this precious little being!
Hope you'll visit your nearest SPCA Animal Shelter today! It will do your heart good.
