Ryan, The French Valley/Winchester area of the Temecula Valley has always been a great value when compared to the cities of Temecula and Murrieta.

Because it is an unincorporated area of Riverside County homes are eligible for the RHP down payment assistance program. They are also eligible for the new CALHFA/FHA program which qualified first time home buyers may be eligible for an interest rate as low as 3.875%.
