710 Cathy, Mount ProspectFrom it's curvy winding streets, this We-Go Park Ranch is in the Heart of Subdivision. Built in the 1950. Located south of Central Avenue and North of Lincoln Avenue, Cathy features a beautiful tree lined street. See the google map of it's location. Impressive concrete drive to 2 car garage and wonderful park like yard.

What does Turn Key mean to me? Turn Key refers to the move in condition home offering glamourous cherrywood kitchen with granite island and countertops, updated ceramic tile baths, beautiful hardwood oak flooring, new thermal pane windows and finished rec room for relaxing and watching TV. Turn Key--just being able to move in your furniture, stock the cabinets and live. Get more information and virtual tour on my web site, http://www.JanMcNulty.com.

Cherrywood Cabinet kitchen w/granite countertops & island

This three bedroom home has been totally renovated from the hardwood flooring to the newer interior 6 panel doors and white larger baseboard. The open floor plan viewed from the front door has had walls removed to make entertaining a breeze. This centrally located kitchen opens the dining area and living room. Can't you see yourself talking with friends at the bar stooled granite island? Or preparing meals and still keeping an eye on the living room activity? Pantry, recessed lighting and hardwood flooring adds the warmth.

Recreation room is totally finished with shower bath, guest area and plenty of play room. Family room/Recreation RoomFrom the built in showcase cabinet, to the recessed lighting and newer carpeting, this room will surely offer the play room, TV room or guest area for your family. Isn'tn it great? The current homeowner is willing to leave the black sofa pit for the future owners. Not shown is the large laundry room, and spa shower bath

Some of the features I really like: Corner windows in 2 bedrooms allowing for the sunshine, and ventilation in the two largest rooms. Third bedroom in the middle is currently used as a home office, but would be great as a nursery.

710 cathy - outdoor entertainingEntertain inside or out! This stone walled brick paver patio views the large park like yard. Enjoy the privacy for your family as well as the large garden area behind the 2.5 car garage, which recently had a new roof this year.

For the empty nester, or the first time buyer this worry free home has had the furnace, hot water heater, and electrical 200 amp panel updates. No worries, just pristine condition for your new home.

It really fits the downsizer, or empty nester! I know when I look for a new home, I don't want to do the renovating that I have done through the years. I want a house that meets my life style. Casual, but elegant.
