If you haven't purchased your tickets to Tara Firma Farms in Petaluma for Pumpkins on Pikes...it's too late.  They are sold out.  Sounds like it's going to be a super fun event for those that purchased tickets in advance bring your umbrella.   Don't worry there is plenty to do in town and these are few ideas to help.

Don't get upset; head over to the other side of Petaluma, to Toley Park for their Fall Festival.   I wrote about this in my first blog I did, Pumpkin Patches in Petaluma.  Scroll on down to get all the information from times, to cost to directions.

How about strolling downtown and checking out all the El Día de los Muertos Petaluma displays. Celebrated on November 1 and 2 in Latin America and South America El Día de los Muertos is a ritual time to honor loved ones who have passed away, it's a cultural tradition to celebrate and acknowledge death as a part of life.  This is done by putting together shrines or alters to the deceased with pictures and usually something they enjoyed or represents there personality.  The displays are in many of the windows in downtown Petaluma, on Kentucky and Petaluma Blvd.

 El Dia De Los Muertos

On Saturday October 23from 2-3 at Walnut Park there will be a workshop decorating traditional sugar skulls.  This is part of El Dia de los Muertos Petaluma and sponsored by Petaluma Arts Council.

This is also one of last weekend's for the Petaluma Farmers Market.  After you decorate your sugar skull, go get some fresh baked bread, oysters and some good fresh veggies before the season ends.

Copperfield's Books in Petaluma is having a Zombie walk on Saturday morning, October 23.  Participants dressed as Zombies can meet at Walnut Park at 11:30, at corner of Petaluma Blvd and D ST.   Then walk like a Zombie to Copperfields for music, dance, disgusting treats all adding up to fun Zombie Party.

You Rock, Doug, there are not many real estate agents out there in P'Town keeping a regular blog presence - this is great!
