You ask why it is more beneficial than actual Staging. It is more beneficial due to the fact that it saves the client time and money. It also helps the client maintain some privacy in their home.

However, the actual SERVICE provided does not differ from our in-home, in-person "Basic Guidance Home Staging Package". They receive the same stellar level and quality of guidance, feedback, suggestions, and recommendations.
