ALL THE NEWS STORIES ON TELEVISION AND NEWSPAPERS SEEM SO FAR REMOVED FROM DAILY LIFE.  WE GO ABOUT OUR LIVES WITH OUR NORMAL ROUTINES UNTIL ALL OF A SUDDEN, WE ARE IMPACTED DIRECTLY!  FORECLOSED PROPERTIES FOR SALE MAKE UP A GENEROUS PART OF ANY CITIES REAL ESTATE MARKET, AND THESE FORECLOSED PROPERTIES PRESENT THE BIGGEST CHALLENGE TO POTENTIAL BUYERS AND THEIR REALTORS.

THERE YOU ARE WITH AN ACCEPTED OFFER, YOU ARE GOING ALONG WITH INSPECTIONS AND APPRAISALS, AND SURPRISE...EVRYTHING STOPS!  THE GOVERNMENT IS INVESTIGATING EVERYBODY AND EVERYTHING TO MAKE SURE ALL THE T'S ARE CROSSED AND THE I'S ARE DOTTED.  MEANWHILE, HERE YOU SIT WITH MANY MANY QUESTIONS, AND NO ANSWERS!  THIS IS UNCHARTED TERRITORY FOLKS.  WE ARE LEARNING AS WE GO ALONG.

 

I WOULD LIKE TO HEAR FROM ANY REALTOR, OR BUYER, THAT HAS BEEN IN THIS 'LIMBO LAND".  WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH MOVING FORWARD WITH A SUCCESSFUL CLOSE?  WHAT PERCENTAGE HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO MISHANDLING OF THE PREVIOUS FORECLOSURE ITSELF?  WE HAVE TO HAVE SOME ANSWERS FOR ALL THE DISPLACED BUYERS OUT THERE WHO HAVE SOLD THEIR PREVIOUS HOMES IN ANTICIPATION ON CLOSING ON THE NEW ONE!
