Glenn Haven Estates in Spring TX!!

By
Real Estate Agent with Results Realty

Glenn Haven Estates, Spring TXGlenn Haven Estates in Spring TX is a small well kept community conveniently located off of Spring Cypress Road between Champion Forest Drive and Stuebner Airline Road.  This makes easy access to State Highway 249.

As you drive in off of Spring Cypress you will notice the serene water fountain with reflecting pond. As you drive a little farther you will find the community park with gorgeous huge oak trees that provide shade for the children at play.

With only 181 homes Glenn Have Estates has that small subdivision feel you just don't get in the mega subdivisions. Home prices range from $200,000 to $450,000.

Square footage ranges from a low of around 2400 square feet to homes with almost 5000 square feet. Homes were built between 2000 and 2007.

If you are looking for a subdivision that has homes on oversized lots then look no farther. The smaller lots have around 9000 square feet, with the marjority of the homes being on 12,000 to 14,000 square feet lots. I noticed that some of the homes are on lots that are close to 1/2 acre.

Glenn Haven Estates has an active home owners association with committees for Landscaping, Communications, Security and Architectural Control to enforce deed restrictions.

If you are looking for a small serene subdivision that is a decent drive to Houston or IAH then this may be the place for you. I do want to mention again that the subdivision has decent sized lots as that is hard to find in a newer subdivision.

Located in the highly acclaimed Klein ISD; the grade school is Theiss, the intermediate is Doerre and the High school is Klein High School.

Come home to Glenn Haven Estates!!

Marchel Glen Haven sounds like a lovely place to live.   181 homes  I would consider a large subdivision in my immediate area.

How many homes are presently available for sale in Glen Haven?

Marchel, this looks like a very nice subdivision.

181 house subdivision would not be considered a small subdivision around here, but we all know that everything is bigger in Texas :) :) :)

JOAN, It is a very nice small subdivision.

JENNIFER, In our area 181 homes is a VERY SMALL Subudivision.  It is not uncommone for subdivisions to have as many as 1200+ homes.

WILLIAM, Thanks for the compliment.  I have tried so many different variations introducing subdivisions and I have found this one works the best. I use to put lots of pictures of homes on but then had a homeowner get mad of me so now I just do the street shot.

LARRY, Thanks!  Like I was telling William I had tried a lot of different variations but this does not get homeowners mad at me.

CHERISE, Glenn Haven Estates is a nice small subdivision and it is also centrally located.

ELIZABETH, Thanks!  I have tried a number of different formats over the years but this has been the one that I like the best.

GEORGE, I guess I somehow thought you were in an area that would have big subdivisions.  Isn't it funny how we get those preconceived notions.  We do have LOTS of land in Texas!

Marchel...this looks like a great place to live.  It is true that everything is larger in Texas.  As the others said,  this a a wonderful way to post to LOCALISM and to present this area to all of us as well.  The photos are great and your introduction to each one is a great ad for the area.  Have a week.
