Sunday.....My Favorite Day!!!

Yesterday was my daughter-in law, Angela's, 28th birthday, and my daughter, Tammy, gave her a surprise birthday party.  It was truly a surprise for her, and that was quite an accomplishment for my son, Michael, to achieve. 

Lasagna, wings, veggie platter, dips and plenty of desserts including Paklava!!  The Paklava was real treat.  I have to learn how to make Lahmahjoon for our next family event.  Lahmahjoon is Armenian Pizza!!!  But we'll save that blog until there are photos to display!!!

Today, Tammy and Angela are both hosting open house events.  I'm watching all of my teams WIN and listening to "SEO TO THE TOP" for the second time.  

And Go Patriots!!!!

All that food is making me hungry.  My cousin was lucky enough to marry an Armenian man with a Mom who loves to cook Armenian dishes and does it very well.  I love extended family get togethers and and the opportunity to eat Bella's food.

Chris Ann.....I love Armenian food as you can tell!!  my children know how to make alot of it also....they love pilaf and stuffed grapeleaves (yalanchi).....

Joshua....Armenians call it Paklava.....with a "P"....Lahmajoon is Armenian....we had it first!!!  I make Paklava, rice pilaf, borek(filo dough with muenster cheese & parskey filling) yalanchi (stuffed grape leaves)....those are all Armenian.

Barbara, happy belated Birthday to Angela, another very pretty member of the family.

The food looks great, spicy wings, that are finger licking good. As for the Patriots, they dogged another bullet. Bill is really making some questionable calls.
