4.) Drive Traffic to it! - PR, Small Ads,

5.) Know your troubled Neighboorhoods!

6.) Work you SOI, and Mail prospects!

I had a listing appointment this week, where the family had sought advice from their priest, a counselor, and friends over the past 5 months. Not one of them had recommended a short sale. You are so right, we need to do a better job getting the word out to these families in distress. Thanks for the timely message.
