After a wonderful summer with many rounds of golf - and having my life low - and all of you golfers out there know what a special feeling that is - it's time to be thinking of warm locations in the next few months for some rounds of golf obviously heading south. Berkeley Hall has two terrefic core golf courses designed by Tom Fazio that are wonderful.
The real estate market is picking up all of the sudden. I am very happy to be hearing from old customers who want to move. People are buying and selling which they do all the time but there has definitely been a slow down in the past few months. Positive attitude keeps us all going.
