Toronto - Vote in the Critical October 25, 2010 Municipal Election
The City of Toronto municipal election is on Monday, October 25, 2010. Polling stations are open from 10 a.m to 8 p.m.
This is a very important election for Toronto. There are many issues for council to address over the next four years until the next election.
A new mayor will be elected. The race for mayor is extremely tight.
Many ward councillors have retired and therefore, many wards will have new councillors elected. School trustees for the public school board, separate Catholic school board and French school boards are also being elected.
Make your vote count.
Many candidates as well as other organizations are able to provide transportation to the polling stations. Contact participating candidates and organizations for full details.
See Toronto's election website for full election details. I have also written some posts about the Toronto election.
