Minnesota Housing Rates - Low Interest Rates For Buyers

By
Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX Results MN#20344949 WI#93113-94

Attention Minnesota home buyers!  I am amazed at the interest rates that are out there for all buyers!  Most buyers are getting low rates around 4.25%.  However, some buyers are eligible for even lower rates!  You will be amazed to here that I am representing a buyer today that is closing and he will have a 3.75% interest rate thanks to the Minnesota Housing Finance Program.

I blogged a couple of weeks ago about the Historic Low Rates with Minnesota Housing and I feel its important to keep reminding people of this opportunity. When you can get payments on $150,000 homes for under $1000 this is something to be excited about. Most families rent payment is more then a house payment on a first time home buyer type of house. (Houses typically under $150k in Minnesota).

For more details on if you qualify you can go to their website: http://www.mnhousing.gov/consumers/rates/index.aspx

Also give me a call or send me a message as I would like to refer you to the best mortgage professional to guide you through the loan process!  Even if your waiting until next Spring to buy you will want to start the process now to make sure your income and credit are where they need to be when you are ready to buy!

Chuck...My son just got a 15 year at 3.25.  With rates this low, doing a 30 year is old hat!
