This weekend we staged a charming Edmonds rambler.  With only 1100 square feet and priced under $230K, this is the perfect home for first time buyers.  We took our color cues from the existing wall paint and went for a cottage, casual Pottery Barn look. Love these hardwood floors!

 

Living Room:  Such a pretty pale blue on these walls.

Kitchen and Dining Space:  It was important to stage this area as this is the only eating space in the house.

I like that cottage PB look for a home like this and coincidentally, am staging a simiar one today....and I had the same type of style in mind -- even down to the same clock!!

Shelley & Cathy - Thanks!  Yes, the rug is from Target.  We also have the 5 x 7 in that pattern and use it all the time.  I love how it looks in a photo.

I love the way you tied everything together.  I have the same pear picture (except mines in a frame), I used it last week in a kitchen as a matter of fact.  I have the same goblets, rattan chair, and the rattan balls too!  That's too funny!  Love the runner, really makes a difference in the kitchen.
