Nothing really jumped out and caught my attention today as a must have, super excellent, amazing deal… I did see a couple of Whoa…that will never sell for that price listings though.  You would think by now I would stop being surprised by the over priced listings that some agents are willing to take…but  I still don’t get it.  The good news, the Ross/Collins Team can spot an overpriced trophy listing in a heartbeat and will not waste your time even looking at them.  We focus on getting the best value on any given day for our customers.
