Sandpearl Luxury Condos on Clearwater Beach Florida 33767

sandpearl resort condos and hotel on clearwater beach fl 33767 Clearwater Beach Real Estate is excited to be one step closer to having our first ever five star beachfront condo resort - The Sandpearl Resort is located at the corner of Mandalay Avenue and Baymont Street.  For the first time in 25 years the Tampa Bay area has an new Resort Hotel on the beach and they've set out to deliver the ultimate resort destination.

The Sandpearl Resort was built where the old Clearwater Beach Hotel stood since 1917. The good news is that the history of the Clearwater Beach Hotel didn't end when it closed down 2 years ago.

The old hotel's bar was salvaged, restored and placed on in the Sandpearl's beachside tavern.

Our family was having dinner at one of our favorite beach restaurants, Bobby Heilman's Beachcomber, the other day and afterwards knowing Sandpearl was getting ready to open we took some new shots of the Sandpearl from the front and from the beachside.

It gives you a feel for why this resort will have such appeal. It has world class beaches and amazing sunsets.

What a great Gulf view - especially at sunset. They are still finishing the condos but the hotel is open and ready for visitors - just in time for Labor Day.

We've enjoyed seeing the Sandpearl go up since it is located just 2 short blocks from our office on Baymont Street.  Sandpearl is located next to the Mandalay Beach Club luxury condo development. Both developed by JMC Developers.

The Sandpearl Resort (made up of the Hotel and Condo-Hotel) and Sandpearl Residences (the 116 Clearwater Beach Condos) are in a great location within walking distance of Pier 60 and their nightly activities, as well as, fishing from the functional pier. It is only about a mile's walk to Caladesi - which many believe will be named Best Beach in the United States next year. It has been recognized as a top beach for several years running now and is only accessible by foot from North Clearwater Beach or by boat.

Here's an overview of the Sandpearl Resort - Hotel and Condo Hotel:

  • Address: 500 Mandalay Ave Clearwater Beach, FL 33767
  • Rates: $159 to $950 a night
  • Room Size: 425 to 1600 sq ft.
  • It has 203 hotel rooms and 50 condo-hotel rooms that owners can rent them out 11 months of the year.
  • Sandpearl has 700 feet of amazing Clearwater beach front with incredible views.
  • 33 nearby boat slips should be ready about this time next year - good news for all Boaters!

Jack - I love the shot of the strip with all the palm trees.  It totally takes me back to the first trip to Clearwater Beach as a kid!  BEAUTIFUL!!  The hotel sounds heavenly.  $159 and up a night is not an exhorbitant amount to be ON THE BEACH, in Clearwater, and know there is mouth water restaurants to satisfy your every taste bud close enough to walk!  HEAVENLY!!  This is a terrific post for LOCALISM!!

Jack, looks like fun. Like your footer too. And the photos on client row. Good marketing and branding thinking. We're going to do footers too, but have been too swamped to build them. Want to do one footer leading backto the stats for each neighborhood. Will be cool when finished.

Also want to thank you for taking your time to comment on our recent post about marketing and advertising. Your post here and your comment are both appreciated.

Cheers...

Jack great views and great information.  I'm tempted to buy a second home there as beautiful as it is.  I'd better be content with just reading your posts though, I'm afraid its the closest I'd get to visiting every year!

I stayed at the Clearwater Beach Hotel shortly before it was destroyed.  I still can't believe that such an architectural treasure was demolished to put up a cheap modern interpretation of architecture.  And salvaging the bar does not count as keeping the original Hotel.  The Clearwater Beach Hotel was more than its walls; it was about its people, staff, visitors, home-coming atmosphere, its history and heritage, its quite way of allowing a person to escape from the pressures of this harried, loud, and attacking culture.  It was a retreat i was able to go to and escape the cruelty of people ... the cruel way Florida has become (especially with the way the developers have been raping the people and neighborhoods and history of the area ... no consideration to the devastations they are doing).  I lost something that could never be replaced when they demolished Clearwater Beach Hotel ... something that we ALL lost.  Is this another example of carpetbaggers?; Northerners coming to the South to prey on Southerners?  It seems to me that it is ... and all across Florida.  I will always remember Clearwater Beach Hotel for the beautiful Florida lady that she was ... nothing that no amount of loud, gaudy, bawdy new hotels can even begin to match (i know because i saw the others the last time i and my family visited Clearwater Beach Hotel; there was no way they even began to compare with her charm and way of being).  If i had been in charge of the project, i would have kept the main building at least, using that to design around and to design the rest of the complex off from.  Unless a building is unsafe and unable to be restored to a safe condition, razing is only architectural laziness and cheapness ... bordering on unethical.  We all lost something so very precious when we lost The Lady, Clearwater Beach Hotel.
