Upland, CA 27th Annual Halloween SCART-A-FAIRE
The streets of Downtown Upland from 5:00 to 8:00 PM
The whole family will enjoy this event together with Games & Candy, Costume Contests, Pumpkin Carving Contests, Food Vendors and Entertainment. This event is brought to you by the City of Upland Recreation and Community Services Division with booths and games hosted by many groups and civic organizations. The Upland Host Lions Club is one of the many participants this year, so stop by and say BOOOOO!
