If anyone loves cheese, go to Costco. I bought an English Coastal Rugged Mature Cheddar today that is absolutely awesome. I cannot stop eating it! The cheddar was also incredibly cheap. Also, if you like Pinot Noir, they have a new one from the Sonoma Coast (Russian River) called Bearboat that is also very good and when you consider the price of $13 it becomes almost unbelievable.
Costco is the absolute best!
We used to shop at Sam's Club, but the Food sold there is the same quality as Wal-Mart.
The food at Costco is first rate. Fresh meats, fresh fish, fresh veggies, good cheese, lots of choices. And the prices are lower than low.
Besides food, Costco offers a bazillion items in the store and on their website. We have been pleased with everything we ever purchased. Plus, the Tire Store - my new car has "Nitrogen" tires. Whenever I want the pressure checked, Costco does it for no charge (vs. $20 for most of the local tire stores).
Great employees, great service, and great Food. Did I mention cheap gasoline at the pumps out front?
What else could you ask for?
I'm a huge fan of Costco's cheeses too! We really love Dublinar, a white hard cheese from Ireland that is absoluetly fabulous! I haven't tried the wine but I'll be sure to pick up a bottle on our next trip ... this friday :D
Sorry, man that sucks as the retail price for it is more than $20. Still worth it though at that price as it drinks like a $50 Pinot.
I love Bublinar as well and also bought a great Gorgonzola by Mauri that I recommend. Costco is much better than Sams Club and carries very high quality items including Prime Steaks. Who would have ever thought that you could buy Prime Beef at Costco.
Costco is the greatest for pretty much EVERYTHING! Even better when they are doing the samplings of all the great things they have to offer. I always end up spending WAY more than intended! Thanks for the tip.
Costco has about everything..Like the Flip Camera video for only 89.95.I love Costco lots of stuff.Great Place.
Great idea! I learned quite a bit. Costco stores are huge and it is hard not be overwhelmed shopping at costco.
