As fall is on its way, I am begining to think of those warm comfort foods. I am looking forward to cooler weather so that I can enjoy recipes like this one. Tuck this one away for a nippy night.
1 lb Sausage
3 Cans reduced sodium chicken broth
1- 20 oz. package frozen home fries diced potatoes
1- 16 oz package frozen mixed vegetables
1- 8 oz can tomato sauce
Directions: In a med. skillet over med. heat, crumble and cook sausage until brown. Place in slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours. ENJOY!
