Great Chili Cook-off...

Tomorrow, the Franklin, TN Keller Williams office located at 9175 Carothers Parkway, False alarm folks...will host their annual Chili Cook off between 11 AM - 2 PM. Proceeds go to help local charities and KW Cares.

I will be entering two different "recipes". My first entry is my "False Alarm" for all those who like to piddle around. This entry is designed for the office "Wooses" and features 5 different types of peppers as well as 8 other spices to excite the taste buds. So if you like it tame...


For those who like to have some "spice in their lives" grab a cupful of my 3 Alarm. This3 Alarm Fire... unique Tennessee/Texas style chili features a blend of 10 peppers, 10 herbs and spices. This concoction is Gay-RON-TEED to wake up those sleeping taste buds and give your mouth something to do. Talk about a perfect 10... (We will have the Franklin, TN fire department on speed dial just in case you need it.)

DISCLAIMER: Not responsible for heart palpitations, murmers, profuse sweating, smoking nostrils, gasping for breath, wheezing, shortness of breath, sudden urges to down copious amounts of beverages or other strange behaviors...   

Oh!!! Remember to dress up for Halloween and stop by my booth to either congratulate me on such superb entries or singe my blue hair with your hot breath. Be sure to drop your card in the hat for a special drawing to be held later. See YOU there...

Your pictures crack me up!  We did a Chili cookoff at our office a few years ago and I just made the white bean chicken chili the other day.  Be sure to come hungry because it does not take long to fill up on a few choices of chili!

Michael, great post and suggested.  I would enjoy the false alarm chili, but my husband would definitely like the 3 alarm chili.  What software do you use for your photos here.

I love chile Michael...I wish I could be there to try yours.  I am not the "false alarm" type, the 3 alarm chile saounds perfect to me.  I am sure the chile cookoff will be a lot of fun and for a good cause at that.
