Since celebrating my fiftieth birthday several years back and like everyone else, I get the usual barrage of AARP literature. It comes on a regular basis, it didn't request it and yet it still keeps coming and that has been my experience with the AARP....until this.
The contest titled, "U @ 50" was put on by AARP and the link below is to a video submitted by a twenty year old and it won second place (I have no idea what took first).
When they showed it, everyone in the room was in awe of what they had just seen and broke into spontaneous applause. So simple, somewhat scary and yet so brilliant, take a minute and forty-four seconds to watch it. It's a palindrome and this video reads the exact opposite backward as forward. Not only does it read the opposite, the meaning is the exact opposite.
