Event Description

Please join the members of the National Historic Cheesemaking Center as they dedicate the Imobersteg Farmstead Cheese Factory which recently moved to the National Historic Cheesemaking Center and has been restored to its original state.

9:00 a.m         The milk will arrive to begin the cheese making process as it was done over a century ago - approximately a four hour process.

10:00 a.m.     Dedication and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

2:00 p.m.       "More Than Just Cheese - Gourmet Spreads" Demonstrations and Tasting.

Lunch including beverages, Master's Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, and Autumn Harvest favorites will be available throughout the day.  All proceeds to benefit the restoration of the factory.
