Helen Ga real Estate: "You can't FAKE IT"

By
Real Estate Agent with No. Georgia Mountain Realty

Perfume makers try and bottle it, room freshners try and imitate it, fabric softners try to copy it, but you know...You Can't FAKE IT!!  What is IT?  That clean fresh woodsy smell encountered on an early morning walk on a country road.  Especially right after a light spring or fall shower.  Today!!  Today is the perfect example of that woodsy clean air that is reserved only for lightly populated areas.  I just returned from a visit to a metropolitan area.  I did go for my walk with my Sir Winston (more about him later), at his insistence.  Guess what, even he noticed the difference.  The roads are paved, the sidewalks are concrete, the trees are all heavily sprayed by the dogs before him..no odor of a rabbit who just hopped back into the bushes, not sighting of a deer with family hurrying behind. No babbling stream beside the road.  No turtles hiding in the leaves on the side of the long winding country road...yes, there was the breeze, which was nice, but not so many falling leaves to spark Sir Winston's interest.  No clean country air to breathe, no dark sky to provide the perfect backdrop for the sparkling stars and beautiful harvest moon.  Just street lights and a heavy haze.

If you don't know what I am talking about you need to visit Helen and the northeast GA mountains NOW.  Don't miss the magnificence of this season, your chance to walk country roads and delight in that clean woodsy smell...you deserve to at least experience it here..remember You can't FAKE IT!

Call me if you want a vacation home, second home or just a cabin.  Let's talk!

I got the vision. Sounds wonderful. I know you had some heavy rains yesterday. It's so peaceful after a rain.
