The City of Olathe's Neighborhood Revitalization Area (NRA) was established in 2008 to encourage reinvestment in the City's Original Town.  The NRA provides a rebate of 80% of the incremental increase in property taxes resulting from qualifying commercial property improvements and a rebate of 90% of the incremental increase in property taxes resulting from qualifying residential property improvements.
