That's a very good question.  This site is fairly new compared with some of my other projects that I have developed into authority sites.  For example, if you were to check back links for any of the contributors on WannaNetwork.com, you will see that WannaNetwork.com is either their #1 or #2 backlink.  The more authority back links a site has, the better it does in the search engines.

PropertyManagementBlogs.com is less than a year old and generates a little over 1000 unique visitors a month, which is pretty good.

There are many reasons to contribute on blogging platforms, but I think the biggest reason is it builds your reach.  The more places a client or potential client can find you, the better chance you have of growing your business.
