Did the title catch your attention?  :)

We all know that when it comes to blogging, if you're just chasing the fast buck all the time, people eventually see through it and turn off.

This is my first participation on Wordless Wednesday in a long time and I thought this different kind of chasing the fast buck would put a smile on your face.  :)

The pictures did not come out as clear as I would have wanted them to be but if I did get you to smile, it was worth sharing them.  :)

Gerry, trick that buck next time.  Use a movie camera with a telephoto lense.

Is that a wolf doing the chasing, Gerry?  I can't believe the size of your deer.  It's huge compared to our little California deer.

Yes! The title caught my attention!

I had to stop and stare at the first picture because I had a feeling I was missing something. First the buck jumped out at me and that was so cool! Then I followed it's head and saw what he was looking at! What a photograph!

I can't believe you got the second phote in motion! You were quick when you snapped that picture! Good for you Gerry!  :)

Debra,

I was lucky to take these two photos quickly and have both animals included.  :)

Andrea,

It is getting time to update the photo blog link!   I guess I will make sure I do that when I get to 400 posts (100 posts at a time)... :)

Myrl,

The size of the buck did not seem to scare Barkley.  Barkely is my part Australian Shepherd part Border Collier dog.  If you want to know more about him, he has his own posts:

Hi Gerry - I wasn't fast enough a couple of minutes ago to get in my final three comments for yesterday, but, I'll blame the website where I was purchasing something.  It was unusually slow and I had to try a couple of times and put me behind schedule.

Were you using a DSLR or a point and shoot for these photos?

Marc,

I am still using a point and shoot.   I may check on prices of DSLR again when it comes time to replace my current camera to see if I will make the switch.  Well, whether it was yesterday or today, I am still happy you came by to comment.  :)

I don’t think that dog has a chance of catching that fast buck in that brush.
