Don't be a stumbling block for yourself. ..

I received a message from someone I worked with when I was in law enforcement.  I sent her the information she requested and saw this on her home page in Facebook.  So I ask you are you a stumbling block for yourself for listings or buyers.  Are you your worse own enemy?  Are you prepared when you go to a listing or do you know about the area you work to answer all the questions a buyer might have?  Think about it.  Have a good daywork."
