Nestor and Katerina, We love the North Palm Beach Marina. When we returned from our several years of living in the Bahamas, we chose North Palm Beach because of its safe harbor location. We lived onboard our 55 ChrisCraft for several years in North Palm Beach before coming to shore when we got custody of our 14 year old granddaughter. We just love being here and being a part of this wonderful area.

Katerina and Nestor, Yes, Jim and I have lived and are living the wonderful life. We raised our children, Jim retired from ARCO Alaska and then we bought a sail boat and went sailing in the Bahamas. The sailboat got small, so we bought a 55 ChrisCraft and continued to live the boating life. We kept our airplane so we could go back and forth to the mainland when we needed. Then came back to civilization to work, then came to shore. We are thankful we were and are available for our granddaughters when they needed us. Kids are the most important things in the world. You are blessed with the opportunity to influence and enjoy six wonderful children.

Chris, Yes, we live a very blessed life. We are so fortunate. A Hurricane Hole is slang for a place to get the boat out of harms way when a hurricane comes through or "safe harbor". Thanks for stopping by.

Ruth, That Marina is fantastic. I usually either go out at the Palm Beach Gardens Marina or I have friends at the Old Port Cove Marina. The country club is fantastic and offer a lot of great programs. That is where my son learned how to swim.

Matthew, We agree. We lived there before they remodeled the marina. When they started the remodel we moved over to the Old Port Cove Marina until remodeling was completed. We still belong to the Old Port Cove Country Club. Love that whole area. Your son learned to swim in a beautiful location. Thanks for stopping by.
