Prevailing Thoughts for Today
When I woke up this morning, the first thought in my mind was:
This is the day the LORD has made; (I will) let us rejoice and be glad in it. (Psalm 118:24)
The second thought is an obvious message but it also expresses the way I feel about my real estate career. My second prevailing thought is "I'm going through" and it was inspired by the Rev. Clay Evans and it goes something like this:
I'm going through. I'm going through. No matter what others may do.
I'm going through. Oh, oh, oh. I'm going through
I've paid the price. Whatever others may do.
I've, I've paved the way.
With the Lord despite a few
I started, I say I started, I started, I started walking with Jesus
And I'm going through....
I now it's Thursday, but I'm having "chuch" as the old folks say. You haven't had church, until you've had "chuch."
I'm going through because this is the day that the Lord has made.
