Here we go: I am a survivor! The Victorious one! I have two reasons for this Award: JESUS and lots of hard work.
On August 27th I won Coldwell Banker International Award & Recogniton for Top Ten Selling Units in Montana.
The Award goes to Top 10 Agents each quarter who sells the highest number of properties in Coldwell Banker International. Luci ranked #1 at Coldwell Banker RCI in Bozeman and #4 in the State of Montana.
Although Luci has only been at Coldwell BAnker for just over a year, sshe has already shown herself as one of their Top Agents.
Furthermore, after completing CIPS, Certifed International Propety Specialists, Luci will become a member of CIPS Network, which is a speciality membership group for international practitioners os the NAR, the worlds largest trade association. The CIPS network is comprised of 1,400 real estate professionals who deal in all types of real estate, but with one common element: they are focused specially on the international market. Whether traviling abroad to puts deals together, assisting foreign investors, helping local buyers invest abroad, or serving an immigrant niche in a local markets, CIPS members are consumers' best resource to ensure thei are dealing with a professional skilled in the unique aspects of international real estate.
