I also looked @ the sales price to list price ratios on single family homes in Milton. They are coming in @ 92% to their original list price. They are coming in @ 95% of their adjusted list price.
As far as price reductions, 36 of the 125 have had their prices changed. The prices have been adjusted 33 times. The average price reduction was $18,936.
There are currently 20 single family homes under agreement in Milton.
The inventory is going down. In the last couple of weeks about 10-15 units have gone under agreement or been withdrawn from the Milton estate market.
