Leaderships are earned and privilege to selective few people, and should not be hereditary!
Leadership can be learned through education!
First of all, without followers there can be no leaders!
The leadership is a sacred gift bestowed on selective few who are blessed with the confidence of others!
It's for that reason! Sacred trust of a leader, which carries a heavy burden of performance, by that leader!
If others will have you lead, then you have to decide not whether or not you will lead but whether or not you have the heart to bear the burden of responsibility for all those who sacrifice their own will to your vision so you can lead!
