My Neighbors to the East, Pat & Wayne found the original article from Inman News on the 100 Most Influential people in real estate. They plucked the names they recognized, which is a rather impressive list, not only for their real estate achievements, but as special people to ActiveRain as well.
I went to the original article and noticed some additional ActiveRain contributors that weren't mentions as well as some names very familiar to fellow RE/MAX agents or Keller-Williams agents.
Take a few moments to click on the Inman logo to pop over to the site, and vote for the person you believe to be most influential in Real Estate as you know it.
To take the mystery out of it, for some reason I didn't make the list this year, maybe next year. Hey INMAN, over here!!!!!
Inman News Looking For Real Estate's Most Influential
Inman News has once again put out a call for voting to determine their annual People's Choice winner for the most influential person in real estate. The list of nominees is a veritable roll call of real estate superstars:
- Jay Thompson
- Bill Lublin
- Jennifer Allan
- Brad Andersohn
- Jeff Belonger
- Ben Kinney
- Stefan Swanepoel
- Jason Crouch
- Jeff Turner
and many other familiar names, including two that left us far before their time, Joe Ferrera and Laurie Manny. The list is truly impressive and the people on it have made huge contributions to our industry. You can only vote once (which really is a PITA, since there are so many worthy recipients on it), so you're going to have a tough time deciding who to support, but if you care to vote you can head over to this web site to cast your ballot, or click the graphic above.
Personally, I think everyone on this list should be commended for what they add to the world of real estate, be it on a local, national, or international level. It's people like these, who dare to think and act differently, that help propel our industry forward.
OK, GO VOTE!!
