The $150 Million Spelling Mansion - The Most Expensive Listing on The CLAW MLS
In August 2008 there was great interest and excitement when Candy Spelling purchased a $40 Million condo in Century City and not-so-quietly pocket-listed her Holmby Hills Mansion for $150 Million. The heir to the Aaron Spelling media fortune was "down-sizing" from a 56,000 sq ft mansion to a 16,000 sq ft condo in the sky.
Last month the property was officially listed on The MLS, and is currently the most expensive listing available. The second most expensive listing currently on The MLS is in a distant second place at $75 Million - a 13-Bedroom 8-acre estate in Malibu.
The Spelling Mansion is jointly listed by Sally Foster Jones of Coldwell Banker (Beverly Hills) and Richard Hilton and Jeffrey Hyland of Hilton and Hyland (Beverly Hills). Photos courtesy of The CLAW MLS.
