This is true, however for most people, if you're in constant communication with your Loan Officers, you'll have a good idea about what the average rates are. There's some great loan officers I know in your area of DC that I could put you in touch with if you'd like also. Something else that I do, that sets me apart in Denver, is that I'm able to give a buyer a payment based on the rates I know are available on the spot, in the home, we're viewing. They love that!
