Today I wanted to take a quick look at distressed properties for sale in Palm Coast and Flagler County. Short sales and bank owned foreclosures continue to dominate the Palm Coast Real Estate Market. This is great news for buyers and really horrifying news for sellers trying to compete to get their homes sold. I keep stressing, that unless properties are priced aggressively, they will NOT sell.
