I have seen a measurable increase in inquiries, not clicks, coming through the internet in the past couple of weeks. It could be seasonal, but it could also mean that buyers are really thinking about buying. What a novel idea! Our market is long overdue for some serious people to show up and write contracts. I hope you all are seeing the same thing.

This does seem to be a general thing, region to region....let's not assume it isn't "real"! Nothing stays down or up, "forever", and there's always a shift moment.

We've seen a slight uptick in showing activity in the last year. Turning the showings into contracts and then closings is the real challenge! But the activity does seem to have picked up ever so slightly. Let's hope we're heading in the right direction.
