Can You Sell Your Home As A FSBO in a Short Sale Situation?

The lender pays all commission in a short sale situation . .

Fernando....it doesn't make any sense for a homeowner to attempt to sell a short sale listing on their own....it doesn't make sense....time is precious and as the market continues to change, the home needs the exposure it will receive from a real estate agent....the seller doesn't pay the commission....there's no reason to do this on a wing and a prayer.
