Advertising Your Real Estate

Services for Real Estate Pros with DZEG.COM

With the market ever changing with short sales, foreclosures, and bank owned properties, how is everyone changing the way they advertise their properties?  I have been on several sites where they now have a section to search for foreclosures on their site.  Adapting to the marketplace is a huge way to stay effectively positioned in the marketplace.  Those who are continuing to try the same road they have for years are probably having a harder time these days, or at least I would assume so based on what I have seen.

Does it really have to change though how you advertise?  You may be dealing with different people, or maybe change your message a bit, but really with the internet you can continue as you were as long as though keywords and marketing sites continue to be viable.

This is really something to think about as the market progresses along and how it will inevitably change in the future.

It matters to us as much as it matters to you.

I have definitely noticed that although leads may not end up buying foreclosed properties or short sales, that does seem to be what gets them in the door.
