Real Estate Agent with Evergreen Realty & Associates Inc.

Newport Coast Realtor Home Tour of August 23, 2007 gives us 6 examples of the most recent Newport Coast properties available for sale.  These beautiful homes ranged in price from $1449.000 to $3,595,000.

As always the weather is wonderful, today there is a slight breeze blowing inland from the blue Pacific Ocean so it's pleasantly clear and warm but not to the level of discomfort.  Today I enjoyed panoramic ocean views from Laguna Beach to Santa Catalina Island as I drove from home to home here in Newport Coast.

As your Newport Coast Realtor and Home buyer's representative, I work to help people like you locate and acquire their own piece of paradise here in Newport Beach and Newport Coast Communities.  I tour as many of the Newport Coast homes as possible during the Newport Coast Realtor home tour as a personal service to you.

By personally visiting the Newport Coast and Newport Beach homes for sale inventory I gain a first hand knowledge of the available product and have my fingers on the pulse of the current local market conditions.  I frequently meet the owners of these amazing Newport Coast homes who often provide valuable insight about why their Newport Coast real estate is being offered on to the market which in turn frequently proves to be a valuable asset to my clients during the negotiation and purchase process of their Newport Coast homes.

The data and photographs provided by the SoCalMLS listings data base of Newport Coast real estate for sale and is deemed to be correct but I always advise personal verification.  The opinions stated here are my own.

Search the currently available Newport Coast real estate or that any of surrounding communities such as Newport Beach, Corona Del Mar or Balboa Island  just enter the area and price range of the properties you would like to see.

Please enjoy this weeks Newport Coast realtor home tour.  Sit back and enjoy these homes, when you see some of the photograhs this week I am certain you will understand what I mean when I speak of the magic of living in Newport Coast.

2 Belfort                       4br. 3ba           2466sq.ft. built 1996                $1.520,000.

St Michel tract              2 car                11 days on market                    detached home

DQue's Views:   I have a soft spot for spiral stairs and this one is very nice for a home in this price range.  Gormet kitchen with natural hard wood cabinets and stone countertops will make for easy entertaining of your friends and family.  Small quiet stree affords seclusion and serenity.  I loved the water feature and the solotude on the back yard.  This is a very nice home, please call me for your personal tour.

22 Amador                   4bd. 3ba.         2175sq.ft.         built 1998         $1,649,000.

Tesoro Villas tract        2 car                14 days on market                    detached home

DQue's Views:  Near end of cul de sac location make this home a good choice for those seeking quiet.  It is a nice but basic home, has some nice touches and seems to be a quality home.  Downstairs den or study could be a bedroom.  I did like the use of the space at the top of the stairs as an office area or study for the kids.  I really did not like the high sloped lot above the back yard with the neighbors perched directly above, makes for little or no privacy back there.

2 Veneto                      3bd. 2.5 ba.     2552sq.ft.         built 1999         $1,880,880

Campobello tract          2 cars               10 days on market                    detached home

DQue's Views:  It is amazing to me the differences in homes from one tract to the next up here on the Newport Coast hill tops.  Some seem stark and ridged and others feel so welcoming to visitors.  This home is one of the latter.  Walking into this home one enters through a small courtyard but it sets one's mind off in a different direction that the earlier homes visited.  I walked into the entry and was immediately captured by the beautifully polished stone floor.  This home has a nice and comfortable kitchen and eating area and additional formal living and dining spaces.  Great views of the city below from the kitchen, family room and breakfast areas as well as the spacious back yard.  I liked the way the master is set away from the other bedrooms and that the landing between is utilized as a work area and art display.  I was really pleased to find in the rear of the walking closet a hidden work area for those times when one needs to be away from it all.  Nice home, Call me for your personal tour.

16 Catania                    5br. 4.5ba.       4000sq.ft.         built 2002         $3,395,000.

Serena tract                  3 cars               2 days on market                      detached

DQue's Views:  This is a split 3 car garage and the drive is flagstone.  The grand entry affords views through the home to the views beyond.  Lovely courtyard off the formal dining room with an elegant water feature. The formal living room is stunning and the home has lots of upgraded casements and crown moldings.  A large natural maple kitchen with honed stone tops make for simple entertaining and delightful gourmet cooking.  I loved the stone work throughout the home.  The backyard is designed for comfort and entertaining all your friends and family.  The ocean and valley views are wonderful and enjoyable form multiple locations through out this home.

10 Meridian                  4br. 4.5ba.       4010sq.ft.         built 2005                     $3,595,000

Pacific Ridge                3 cars               59 days on market                                detached

DQue's Views:  I liked walking up to this home, it has a serene and open entry, over to the right is a separate flight of stairs leading to the guest quarters.  The entry foyer has huge vaulted ceilings and a lovely staircase.  Another highlight was the stone floor through out the home.  There is a very cozy kitchen with a huge island and dining area.

You will find great peace in the court yard; it definitely has the feel of an old villa.  The master suite is its own wing of the home affording lots of privacy and solitude.  There is also a 200 sq.ft. bonus room which would make a wonderful wine cellar.

Darrel - I enjoyed all the pictures - boy was that long - sometimes I find it's easier to read when it's broken up - maybe it's just me. You live in a beautiful part of the country.
