DQue's Views: I have a soft spot for spiral stairs and this one is very nice for a home in this price range. Gormet kitchen with natural hard wood cabinets and stone countertops will make for easy entertaining of your friends and family. Small quiet stree affords seclusion and serenity. DQue's Views: Near end of cul de sac location make this home a good choice for those seeking quiet. It is a nice but basic home, has some nice touches and seems to be a quality home. Downstairs den or study could be a bedroom. I did like the use of the space at the top of the stairs as an office area or study for the kids. I really did not like the high sloped lot above the back yard with the neighbors perched directly above, makes for little or no privacy back there.

DQue's Views: It is amazing to me the differences in homes from one tract to the next up here on the Newport Coast hill tops. Some seem stark and ridged and others feel so welcoming to visitors. This home is one of the latter. Walking into this home one enters through a small courtyard but it sets one's mind off in a different direction that the earlier homes visited. I walked into the entry and was immediately captured by the beautifully polished stone floor. This home has a nice and comfortable kitchen and eating area and additional formal living and dining spaces. Great views of the city below from the kitchen, family room and breakfast areas as well as the spacious back yard. I liked the way the master is set away from the other bedrooms and that the landing between is utilized as a work area and art display. I was really pleased to find in the rear of the walking closet a hidden work area for those times when one needs to be away from it all. Nice home, Call me for your personal tour.

DQue's Views: I liked walking up to this home, it has a serene and open entry, over to the right is a separate flight of stairs leading to the guest quarters. The entry foyer has huge vaulted ceilings and a lovely staircase. Another highlight was the stone floor through out the home. There is a very cozy kitchen with a huge island and dining area.
You will find great peace in the court yard; it definitely has the feel of an old villa. The master suite is its own wing of the home affording lots of privacy and solitude. There is also a 200 sq.ft. bonus room which would make a wonderful wine cellar.
