It's Halloween and parents want to make sure their children, of any age are safe.
Younger children will probably be out with a parent, who will have some type of flashlight, and may well have placed reflective strips into their kids costumes.
Kids should be out with other kids of their own age along with a responsible designated trick or treater.
For the older kids, it's time to be attentive to the parties that the kids will be going to this weekend. Younger teens in the company of older peers will be tempted to get into some trouble. Not all of the beverages or cider that will be served is non alcoholic or of the innocent variety, so parents should be on the alert.
Make sure the parties will be chaperoned and that the chaperones are responsible. Kids will be kids, but at a young age temptations are there for anyone. Happy Halloween.
